Welcome to the Hemingway Village Civic Association web page. We are glad you came to visit and hope that you find something useful while you are here today. Today's date is: You are visitor
. The site is moving!! Jon Heath has volunteered to take
over the web responsibilities and has reworked the site. It looks great
and can be found at http://www.hemingwayvillage.org.
At some point soon, I will be taking this site off-line and simply redirecting
all visitors over to the new site. If you have any comments on this site or the new one, please
direct them to Jon Heath. Hemingway Village is a collection of 412 homes within Dublin, Ohio. The
neighborhood was established on November
17, 1978 and is made up of five phases of
development. We are surrounded by significant landmarks in Dublin such as;
The Dublin Recreation Center, Dublin Coffman High School and the
Outdoor Pool. Our youngest children are zoned to attend
Scottish Corners Elementary
School, our middle-school aged children attend Karrer Middle
School, and our
high-school aged children attend Dublin Coffman High
School. We annually have a community garage sale, Fourth of July Float,
pig roast, and celebrate Christmas Eve with over 4400 luminaires lining the
streets of Hemingway. This is a family-friendly neighborhood, within
walking distance of most of the wonderful services that Dublin provides. The Hemingway Village Civic Association is a small team of individuals who take time
out of their schedules to help the neighborhood. They meet at least
four times per year to take care of such items as lighting for the common areas,
landscaping, and planning the special events we have in Hemingway. At the
annual meeting they vote on new officers, take care of pending issues and plan
the meetings for the next year. For more
information on the mission and responsibilities for the association, view the page on The
Hemingway
bylaws. If you are interested in becoming more involved in our community
and would like to join The Association board or just help out, please send an email to John
Livorno. This web is provided as a service to the people in our community and is done on a totally
volunteer basis. If you have any questions or concerns, please refer to the email information below. Electronic mail |
