Annual Dues One item that is not shown on any of these pages is the annual dues. The Hemingway dues are only $9 per year. This is collected every year near Christmas by the block captains when they deliver the candles for the luminaires. This is a very small amount for annual dues with respect to other communities in our area. Please make sure that your block captain gets your payment every year.
